Pros: Seems ROCK SOLID. While it's a dedicated Flight Sim, still in the process of setting it all up for MSFS2020/24 and DCS WORLD. It has a FABULOUS BIOS setup in UEFI.

Cons: I took a beating on the USB interface and continued stops at Code 98. Future users use basic KBM for initial setup. Once Windows was installed that went away. Had I been inexperienced installer, I would have been requesting RMA's. Most likely my fault and not the fault of ASUS.

Overall Review: Longtime ASUS user has all the confidence in the world that this will be the ULTIMATE setup For DREAM MACHINE 2025. Mated with AMD's 9950X3D, 96GB GSkill DDR5 Cl28, 4TB Crucial T705, RyujinⅢ360MM AIO and last but not least, ASUS ASTRAL 5090 O32 GPU. Should make a helluva flight simulator on a 57 inch Samsung G9 NEO.

Pros: Refurbished looks like new Performs well in it's environment

Overall Review: I also had purchased an ASUS X760E Motherboard that was refurbished, looked new with plastic peel still on it. It too has worked out fine for an AMD 7950X, former gamer CPU in my new/old office computer. It's impressive looking in a Lian-Li O11 Vision PCMR Edition. The color looks good on the PRIME PRO mobo even without the RBG. I suppose I would consider REFURBS in the future from ASUS. Very happy with it till the PSU quit. Lian-Li is coming through for me with a new one. Thanks Newegg for a hassle free transaction.

Pros: TUF RTX3090 O24 was first, $2200 scalper price during Trump Covid when you couldn't get .... I was off on building a flight sim. THAT worked out well with AMD R9 5950X, 128GB GSkill, Noctua Air-Cooled. So Gen 5 comes along and upgrade is my game now. ASUS ROG EXTREME X670E, Seagate FireCuda, more GSkill and ASUS Strix RTX4090, new be quiet! case, 360MM Silent Loop and 1500W PSU. Basic system new case, cooler. Made the mistake of accepting an ok EATX vs a Lian Li O11D EVO XL rgb a so much better fit for the board. I have high confidence in the Lord Astral90 O32, but ASUS help an old guy out, I got everything here for a bad ace sim. All I need is that X870E ROG APEX, you know what I mean? I can't give an honest review without that board. Otherwise I'll have to use this old X670E EXTREME which might be fun just for messing around.

Cons: I know it's more expensive than a hot New York Call Girl but I'm old now all the money I saved from quitting cigarettes I got money to BLOW on my 'puters. If I hadn't had a 3090 and a 4090 I'd say this is the biggest scam on the internet. Testify. Not True.

Overall Review: Friends I've had my problems with ASUS too but it all worked and I still want one more final piece, APEX for 9950X3D. To build the DREAM MACHINE (MAXPC) or the flight sim from Hell ROG will be there FOR THOSE WHO DARE! come on ASUS... Let's Dance... Let's Dance...

Cons: The supplied mounting screws need a larger head/washer as rubber shock grommets/gaskets squeezed by. Don't over torque?
