Pros: Good download speeds, nice form factor relatively easy setup (with windows) Linux users see below

Cons: I am running 2 Linux distro's on my Machine (Suse 11.1 Mandriva 2009) I could not talk to this router up using the default IP address. I called Linksys support and they told me I can only use their cd to do the initial config and told me to get another pc running windows to run their setup program. Fortunately I had a laptop running XP so I got it working.

Overall Review: Minus the setup issue ( for Linux users) I like this router and would recommend it. The Linksys rep did note my os and said she would send my info to management for possible future inclusion of Linux. ( And maybe someone out there knows how to get around this)

Pros: Easy setup my mother board detected it right away , I dual boot windows XP and ubuntu linux 6.10 and it works with both os and the drive runs fairly quiet.

Cons: I bought mine from B***b**y so I paid more

Overall Review: If your are running an older version of cd/dvd mastering software (nero,roxio etc) make sure you upgrade as you need the latest versions to get lightscribe to work

Comments: ordered this drive on sunday received it on wednsday(the day after a snowstorm)installed it on my athlon64 3000 machine and after loading silicon image software so taht windows could detect the drive everything is up and running fine.This was my first purchase from new egg, I will be buying from them again
