Little Gamer

Pros: Very quite, runs very cool. Newegg's free shipping and price ($60 after rebate).
Cons: Memory speed details for this card are incorrect? According to ATI CCC Hardware Info (Catalyst v12.1 installed on XP-32 and Win7-64) Memory Clock in MHz: 667. Total Memory Bandwidth in GByte/s: 21.3.
Overall Review: The memory slider in ATI CCC goes from 667 to 1000. Testing on AMD X2-550(C2) as X4 @ 3.4GHz, DDR3 1333 CL9... At stock settings 3DMark06 scored 7807. Setting memory from 667 to 800 CineBench 11.5 OpenGL gained 5 points and scored 40.6 in 32/64 bit. Compared to a Nvidia 8600GT 256MB DDR3 128-bit this 6670 replaced the temps are 20C lower (load and idle), my PC eats around 20W less under load (gaming) and 6W less at idle. Plays older games (COD2, SWAT4, etc) at max setting smooth as silk on 22" (1680x1050) LCD. 2D speed is also better (i.e. drawing lots of rectangles in VB10/.Net4 I see around a 41% gain in speed).
Was really nice while it lasted!

Pros: This is an updated review. I've used this mouse for just over 15 months. Feels good, tracks good, very nice for the price (was only $10 at time of purchase).
Cons: After a few months of ownership,,, once in a great while it would just randomly act as though someone had moved the mouse wheel one notch. I didn't have anything critical tied to the wheel so it really wasn't a problem for me.
Overall Review: After 15 months, 2 weeks the mouse wheel just stopped responding correctly, and now skips a few rotations here and there. This mouse worked really well on a PC that is used 16 hours a day where mouse is used all the time, so I've had better luck then some here. :-) Hopefully the newer Gigabyte mouse similar to this one that I just ordered here for $10 lasts a little longer.
Sort-of-Standard Keyboard

Pros: Low price.
Cons: Small keys. The keys are smaller then every other STANDARD keyboard I've ever used. (subtract one egg). A heads up for anyone wanting to use a USB to PS2 converter on this keyboard,... Oddly this keyboard doesn't work in a PS2 port when using a USB to PS2 converter for me. I wanted to use this keyboard on an ASUS Z77 motherboard and use the "Boot PC from keyboard" option in the BIOS, but that option is only available with PS2 keyboards and at POST BIOS says "no keyboard plugged in", never had this problem with other USB keyboards (subtract one egg).
Overall Review: Most of my typing is done in VS (programming) and a STANDARD keyboard layout is a must for me! This works OK, but not happy that the keys are smaller then I'm used to, but I probably won't even notice after a week. ;)
Upgrading to 16GB

Pros: It's GSkill
Cons: None
Overall Review: I've been running one kit of these over 1.5 years (xmas 2013) in XMP mode on ASUS P8Z77-V_LK and wanted to upgrade to 16GB, so got another kit of these to match, tho the newer kit have slightly different timings I haven't had any problems. SPD readings from ASUS bios,... JEDEC mode: 11-11-11-28-39-1T. XMP#1 mode: 08-08-08-24-34-2T (kit from Aug 2015). XMP#1 mode: 08-08-08-24-32-2T (kit from Dec 2013).
My 1st Dell LCD

Pros: Very good color. Good contrast and brightness control. Front facing menu buttons with easy to use menu layout. Very fast wake-up from sleep mode. All cables included.
Cons: After just one week of use (avg 16 hours a day) it has developed a stuck pixel (bright red) towards top-right.
Overall Review: For a TN panel the colors/contrast/brightness are pretty even all around the screen, blacks aren't pure black but has lots of color without saturation. Power light is white and blinks in sleep mode (instead of green/blue for power and orange for sleep), sort of odd but will get used to it I guess. Took one egg off for the stuck pixel, otherwise a nice monitor for the price (was $130, no rebate hassles, free ship). Thanks newegg for super fast free shipping, parts(Indiana warehouse) to my door (Chicago) in 2 days! :-)
New Pet Rat

Pros: Very comfortable. Nice weight. Low price.
Cons: Not a con for me, but seems a lot of mice are shipping with shorter cords, I measured this one at approx 59" (my Gigabyte M7 is approx 71").
Overall Review: Compared to the Gigabyte M7 this mouse is smaller and is much more comfortable in my average-sized male hand. Nice weight/feet, heavy enough that it stays flat on mouse pad yet glides effortlessly. Nice mice for the low price (was $10 + free ship) , Liked it so much I bought another one.
