Works with ESXi 5 (with the right driver)

Pros: Great performance and excellent expandability Works with ESXi 5 (additional driver install required) It has been a solid card!
Cons: ESXi 5 can use the card, but it doesn't provide any enhanced monitoring for it. ESXi 5 requires additional driver package installed (from VMWare) if running the freebie version.
Overall Review: This has been an excellent card in my ESXi 5 system. The performance has been awesome and my VM's run great. I would definitely buy this one again! For those with ESXi 5, it will not recognize the card until you load the appropriate driver package. The drivers are freely available from VMWare, but it is an additional step that needs to be completed at first installation and after any updates.
Great Endian Firewall

Pros: Used this system to implement a nice Endian Firewall for a client. It has plenty of power and the perfect form factor. The additional PCI slot gave me the room I needed for a second NIC.
Cons: The external 3.5 bay is pretty much unusable due to the location and size of the power supply. Though this is a common issue with these particular units. My biggest con was the need to perform a BIOS update in order for the box to be remotely usable. Running the default BIOS, the screen immediately after the POST forced my monitor out of scan range and could not be viewed. I had to hook it to a TV through HDMI to 'see' anything. A flash of the BIOS fixed all of these issues, but it was frustrating getting there.
Overall Review: As someone else already mentioned, you need to look up the motherboard on Foxconn's site to find the BIOS updates (they are up to '07, and the machine ships with '01). You will NOT find it on the barebones download page. Also, don't follow their site instructions for flashing, just run the BAT file... Another point of issue... I'd still recommend the box if it fits your needs...
Excellent switch for the price

Pros: Small form factor and low cost
Cons: none
Overall Review: Works as advertised and the price is perfect. For someone needing a basic no frills switch, this is the perfect choice.
Excellent case!

Pros: Excellent construction with tons of room for components. Front locking panel to protect access to drives, ports, and power/reset switches. Overall solid case.
Cons: Fan mounts across center of case limit choices on card size, though each mount is independent (so you don't need to use all 3).
Excellent Drive Cages

Pros: excellent construction, works great
Cons: none
Overall Review: These drive cages are solid and fit perfectly in my case. The included fans keep the drives cool, and the tray-less design works perfectly. All movement on the device (doors, lock, etc) are smooth and work as designed with no issues.
Great memory for the price

Pros: Heat sink'd without being ridiculous
Cons: none
Overall Review: The memory works great in my ESXi 5.0 server. The chips have heat sinks on them without them being massively large and in the way.
