Pros: The Microsoft Comfort series mice are great. I owned several of the 3000 versions and finally got one of these. These mice have been the best for me. I've used many different mice, logitech, razer, cyborg, etc. gaming mice, mmo mice, wireless mice, bluetooth etc.
nothing compares to the simplicity of these comfort series. they track great, have great feedback, nice mouse wheels. everything you could ask for.
Cons: side buttons are a little too far back for my thumb
Overall Review: been using these comfort series for sooo long. everytime i try something else i end up returning it and sticking to these.
Pros: Looks very nice. Good size. Fast response.
Cons: Feels incredibly cheap when clicking. The buttons on the left side on top are hard to use. Battery dies quickly.
Overall Review: The packaging is very cool but for 130 dollars i'd rather see a nicer product with less attractive box. not a bad mouse just way overpriced
Pros: plug it in and set timings and voltage and everything worked fine the first time.
very sleek nice looking.
scored 7.1 in windows 7 which i've never seen ram do before until now
Overall Review: liked it a lot. was very impressed with the ease of installation absolutely no hiccups. worked perfect
Pros: brought my CPU temperature down about 10 degrees
4-pin connector for automated motherboard control
i don't have a case window but the green LED lets a little soft light peek out few places which is actually kind of pleasant.
Cons: had to take apart my entire computer to install.
Overall Review: looked a lot bigger than it actually was. when i first got the package i didnt think it would fit in my case. it went in a silverstone TJ08 micro-ATX case just fine with room to spare on most sides. a little too close to the hard drive bays so i had to get some right-angle SATA cables.
Pros: loaded up ubuntu 8.04, and windows 7 with no problems. everything recognized on first boot. inexpensive.
Cons: BIOS is set up kind of strange in my opinion - couldn't figure out how to manually change memory timings. couldnt even find out what the memory timings were currently running at. im not a professional or anything but i went through every menu and couldnt find anything anywhere
Overall Review: athlon 64 x2 5050e
2x1 gb mushkin ddr2 800
WD 250gb HDD
Radeon HD 4650
Pros: modular is nice it makes my case look nice and clean inside. more than enough power my basic gaming system
Overall Review: purchased as a combo deal with my antec 300 i was buying and after the savings this cost me around $25 and had free shipping :) yippee! new egg is the BEST!
Pros: I plan on buying one of these for my next build. heard a lot of good things
Overall Review: just wanted to post for the guy on 3/12/2009 or anyone else might want to know. this is an AM2 socket cpu and it can only go up to ddr2 800 speed ram. if you want to use faster ram like ddr2 1066 in the review below you have to get an AM2+ processor. hope this helps somebody
Pros: Sturdy construction, came with extra 120mm fan, plenty of screws and tie-downs included, great modular design.
Cons: Not that small at all. It's just as big as the old mid-tower it is replacing.
Overall Review: Didn't buy it for the size so I don't care that it's big. Got this with a 500 watt PSU combo for $110 great deal.
Pros: Just got it and it plugged right in and started working. The backlighting is nice when its dark. Key pushes are noticeably smoother than my old keyboard.
Overall Review: As long as this thing last for a while I'll be very happy with this purchase. My roommate works at a hospital and when he saw I had this keyboard he laughed and told me that every computer they use in the hospital has this same exact keyboard.
Pros: worked exactly as stated.
Pros: very spacious - this case fit my 4870 with ease. the included fans aren't obscenely loud unless you turn them on their highest setting then they sound like a leafblower. overall this case seems well contructed and solid. hauled this around quite a bit in my car and its holding up fine.
Cons: front usb ports don't seem too sturdy. front audio connections are getting some kind of feedback but that might be my motherboard i'm not sure.
Overall Review: some poeple said this case had a bad finish and then just painted over but i think it looks fine. what do you expect for a 60 dollar case.
Pros: everything installed real easy and booted up first time and still running
Cons: only one ide connector
Pros: stock heatsink and fan were easy to install. put it in the mobo and it worked.
Overall Review: stock cooler with windows xp idling asus pc probe says 36-40 celsius in a antec 300 case with 3 fans.
Pros: installed and downloaded latest drivers and it worked perfect. ran WoW at default setting with 60+ fps. ran fallout 3 at high setting with 60+ fps.
Overall Review: athlon 64 x2 5000
2 gigs mushkin ram 800 (pc2-6400)
asus m3a78 mobo
Pros: installed easy, worked as stated.
