Overall Review: nice to let my drives finally breathe. over a gig is their norm on this card, as they have room to move. price to performance, LSI did good here. real good. for present gen ssds, this is a sweet spot of a gem. no need to buy a $1,200 card w/2gigs cache to let them loose ;)

Overall Review: i think newegg buys seconds of these drives, and sells them as proper stock. this is the third drive from newegg that died after a short time period of time. buy this from another etailer, as this is the last dime i'm spending here.

Pros: works, looks good, rips the fastest true bit copies/no errors compared to the many internal/external drives i've owned.

Overall Review: i can't believe that this drive is so inexpensive. a very good deal indeed.

Cons: junk. a $5 drive in a flimsy $3 case. junk. worked for almost two hours. almost. forget this "brand": it's a cheap mobile drive in a cheap case...not sure re the hype around these. they are really bad. total ripoff.

Pros: reference design, so i was able to flash it to that official amd/ati ghz card bios. a few seconds later, and it's at 1050/1500 stable, haven't touched anything else yet, performance is smooth as silk, yes, this is the blue pcb/no cross brace, but there are a bunch of after market backplates available if you want. beautiful match for my Crossover 2560x1440 glossy monitor!

Overall Review: i love backplates, so having a simple black aluminum one made, though a beauty of a card as it is. 12.11 beta are stable here. very pleased

Pros: ...an all brushed aluminum, stripped down u2711, A+ H-IPS panel, low lag 2560x1440 monitor, for $300+less than the u2711.

Cons: stand is not brushed aluminum...and for anti AG users, this panel has 'ultrasharp'-like AG. it is not a glossy display.

Overall Review: i was on the fence re picking up one of those 'bay cheap A- ips, or the few similar though A panel models advertised as available in the states, though out of stock most of the time (with reported similar issues to the cheap 'bay A- monitors), a U2711, or an Asus PLS 2560x1440...and then there was the doublesight... before newegg dropped it's price, i had picked up the doublesight from another vendor. for this quality of a panel, at it's present price, and from newegg? unless you want to spend $900+ re a u2711, or around the same price as the doublesight as listed here, for an iffy, always out of stock, iffy (maybe A+ panel), plastic, high lag (you know who you are) models from a few usa vendors, or take your chances with 'bay sub par panels/pcb/build quality/questionable at best warranty, i'd go for the doublesight.
