Hard reset while playing games

Pros: powerful with very reasonable price.

Cons: Have this big problem while playing game at high setting, no warning or prompting, just screen goes black, sound growls and restarts then back up and same thing happed again. Try to upgrade firmware and BIOS but it won‘t help.
