Pros: great when it's working. The set up with Google is not too bad.

Cons: It's more difficult setting up with voip.ms, but their people are very helpful..... I'm still trying to get the house jacks to work.... it's presently connected directly to one phone and it works like a charm- it even sets up the correct time and date on it's own.

Overall Review: It's nice to circumnavigate Bell and the like.
