great upgrade hard disk

Pros: super fast...toms hardware review said benchmarks were as fast as a 320gb 7200rpm. I love it and its super quiet. the lower rpm use less power and according to a few forms and benchmark tests the 7200 rpm 2.5" might go away. Alot more quite than the Hitachi i had. Programs seem to run faster and i have quite alot of space now for my windows and linux partions and a fat 32 storage partition for both os. I wanted a 3gps transfer but honestly my 80 gb was a 3gps and i don't notice any difference on speed...it seems faster than before. I highly recommend this as an upgrade for your laptop or ps3...its fast and quiet. Low heat and seems to have a better battery use than my old 80gb.
Cons: none so far...would like a cheaper 3gps transfer on the sata. so far i had to go with a 1.5 instead of a 3 due to a big jump in price
Overall Review: if you are looking for a bigger 2.5" hard disk for your laptop or ps3 this brand is seller. Samsung has a good record on toms hardware over western digital and seems to have lower power use and lower noise. I"ve been building/repairing pcs for years and highly recommend this hard disk over western digital and maxtor.
Amazing and b3 stepping works with vista x64

Pros: So you guys that don't think the quad cores work in vista x64 are wrong !!!! The b3 stepping fixed the bug and vista runs sweet. Any 9x50 amd chip has the fixed b3 stepping. Amd has the chip controller on the die so amds don't' need all that L2 cache like intels. Intel's might be faster for gaming but hd encoding and application work the amd rules. Don't get me wrong... I game and this CPU is wicked fast and well worth the price compared to the intel counterparts. I run linux servers so this is a perfect product and amd owns the x64 tech. Intel had to buy rights from amd to use (emulate) x64 on their chips. I had a amd 2.0gb duel core 65w and even tho this is a 125w this cpu runs cooler. I run Vista x64 and Ubuntu x64 and this system is wicked fast. I was sketchy on getting a quad core by reading all the reviews but after tons of googling I am now totally sure this was the best upgrade for my system. Be shure to get the newest bios for your motherboard.
Cons: Runs hot with out a beefy heat sink/fan. I use a 120mm heat pipe fan and max temps are now 130 under extreme stress and norm is around 111 F. My next step is to liquid cool this and hopefully get below 100 F idle temps. No other cons and i havn't even come close to maxing out the cpu under load.
Overall Review: Wicked fast 10gb total CPU power stock! Get a Black edition if you want to over clock because Amd unlocked the multiplier and CPU frequency on the black editions ONLY. Amd wont' make any more black editions after this year due to the n45 manufacturing process starting to be used/learned so the next black editions won't be out for quite awhile if amd decides to keep producing them. There is nothing wrong with the n65 manufacturing process with this chip and I am happy I got this chip now while i can get a Black Edition before the n45s are released. I've been building computers for 10 years and any high end CPU needs a high end cooler. If you are going to get the best CPU why use the stock fan that comes with this? THIS WORKS FOR VISTA X64 !!!!!!! I had 0 crashes with vista with this chip and it of course gets a 5.9 rating in vista. If you go with xp x64 be sure to download the driver for the amd quad to help the os manage the cores better.
