Pros: This is a follow up to a previous review, in which I rated this product one star due to the included power supply arriving doa. Newegg provided an RMA, but the cost of shipping back to Newegg was prohibitive for a relatively inexpensive item. I decided to email the manufacturer from a link on the Newegg site, and received a prompt reply. The service representative for Orico, was very responsive, and made arrangements for a replacement power supply to be shipped from China.

Cons: Receiving a new item with a DOA component.

Overall Review: Chinese companies are notorious for their poor customer service. This was not the case with Orico. The service representative was courteous, prompt in his replies, and followed up to insure that my problem was resolved. Orico appears to be a very customer oriented company.

Pros: Inexpensive and the amplifier works well.

Cons: I bought this receiver because of its speaker switching capability. Well, it doesn't work. Both the A and C speakers (I only have two pair connected) continue to play regardless of the speaker setting. This impacts the second audio source selection, with both sources playing simultaneously on speaker A. I am past the Newegg return date, so I suspect I will find out if the Sherwood warranty is valid or not. As it stands, I cannot use this receiver for my planned application.

Pros: Cheap

Cons: This kit was very inexpensive, so I did not anticipate a high quality roadside emergency kit. However, this kit rates below my already modest expectations. I am afraid it will be a donation to the local charitable second hand store.

Pros: This little scanner has done exactly what I wanted it to do. I am presently scanning old photos, slides, and negatives and so far the scanner is working very well. The scanner is also relatively quick.

Cons: The slide holder is somewhat flimsy, and has difficulty closing with large slide mounts.

Overall Review: Well worth the sale price.

Pros: For the price, these speakers cannot be beat. They install easily, look good, and perform well for their size.

Cons: Bass is somewhat weak, but that should be expected, based upon the size of the product.

Overall Review: Polk support is outstanding. I had also purchased a set of Atrium 55 speakers, and left in the box for a future install. When I openned the box, I found that one of the speakers had a broken baffle. I called Polk, and a new speaker and baffle assembly were promptly sent. These guys are first class.

Pros: Not much. Overall build quality appears well done.

Cons: The male connection to this contraption will not insert completely and correctly into the 12v auxiliary power outlet of my Ford f150. I have pushed and shoved until I fear I will damage the connection. An electrical connection is eventually made, but shakes loose after a minute or two of driving. Eventually, this contraption shakes completely loose and falls to the floor of the truck. It's not worth the time, effort, and money to return.

Overall Review: Looks good on paper, but works very poorly.
