Pros: Great TV; purchased the 32AV502U last month and was looking for something bigger. When I saw this on sale at newegg, I had to grab it. Perfect size, picture is beautiful. Size/weight allows me to handle it by myself, unlike a DLP. I have a popcorn hour hooked up via HDMI and it functions wonderfully! The menus are fairly simple and easy to get through. I had it set up in a couple minutes after putting the stand together. Good stand for the size of the TV. Great array of inputs/outputs.

Cons: The sound leaves a bit to be desired, but I didn't buy it for the sound. Hook it up to a receiver and you're gold. Not sure if this is a Toshiba thing, LCD, or what, but changing the channels is a bit slow. At least compared with my old Sharp tube.

Overall Review: My second Toshiba LCD-TV and I'm very pleased. Great value for the money!
