Cons: then S.M.A.R.T. reported that the drive was failing. Errors and noise. Sent to Seagate, waiting on replacement

Cons: Failed after a few months of occasional use.

Pros: Fast shipping.

Cons: Firewire interface frequently fails.

Pros: Video quality and reception is fine.

Cons: HDMI audio is flaky but I'm using the RCA stereo outs anyway. If I depended on audio from the hdmi port I would have returned it.
