Overall Review: To my pleasant surprise, the rack was delivered in good shape with all its hardware. It's now assembled, sturdy, and working great. One thing to know: the normal front of the rack uses threaded screws. I wanted to use cage nuts, so I rotated the rack 90 degrees, which works fine but changes the aesthetics slightly. Regarding the other reviews: I debated heavily whether to purchase this rack. At the end of the day, it looked like the best one for the space I have and I was fully prepared to source replacement hardware if needed. Thankfully, that wasn't necessary in my case. Maybe the issue has been fixed?

Pros: Price, Electricity Usage

Cons: Unable to do simple video. DVD playback is choppy. Sample videos are choppy (linux and windows).

Overall Review: I built a HTPC system using this processor and spent ~2 months trouble-shooting problems. I tried different RAM, MB, PSU, Video Card and nothing would get rid of the video playback issues. I finally purchased an i5 3570 and everything is good now. Do not buy this processor.
