Pros: I have only had this hard drive running for about 20 mins, as of writing this review, I formatted it and ran HDTach, I only have the free version so I don't know the write time, but the read time is 93.4 and the burst rate is 232MB and the random access time is 12.2, I am very happy with those numbers. The amount of space you have after formatting is 931GB.

Cons: No cons here, haven't had it long enough;as of right now all pros;1TB crazy amount of space, 93.4 read time, it's faster than a 150 WD raptor,I have three of them and with one I got 77.5 read time, but it was loaded up with a lot of games and stuff so that will slow it down, but with 2 in Raid I get 146 read time on a clean install, with this 1 TB harddrive I bet you could get 160 to 170 read time in Raid! I'm just using it for storage, movies,music.

Overall Review: I received this HDD on 7/8/08 by 10 AM, I order it Monday morning 7/7/08 maybe around 9AM, I was surprised on how fast it got here, I'll give Newegg a A+ for that! I only did the 3 day shipping and still got it like I was paying for overnight.I am in Ca, and it did come from the Ca warehouse, but still Newegg has been the best for me at getting thing here I order, I have been ordering from here for 4 years never a problem, sure I've gotten thing I had to RMA but that will happen with all computer parts if you buy them like I do and with Newegg RMA's are quick and painless.

Cons: I thought I would give this board a try,but it never even blinked when I turn it on after I had it all put together..I tried another power supply and nothing..I pulled the 20 pin off the board and used my tester and it showed 11.6 volt so I thought maybe it is the power supply, but two of them? I knew they were good..before I could turn it off,it went off by itself and wouldn't come back on untill I pull the boards 4 pin, when I did the power supply came back on..I turned it back off and plug the 4 pin back in,then turned it on..nothing..so I boxed it back up and sending it back! After I had pulled the 4 pin the tester read 12.2.

Overall Review: I know it's not NEWEGG fault, this is my first dead board that I have gotten from them and I have bought maybe 10 boards, not 10 of these,I'm done with this one I am sending it back for a refund..I bought a combo deal..a AMD 4000 with Biostar Micro atx board..this computer is for a friend..I was trying to make his 478 last just a little longer plus he didn't want to spend much.I know I could have went AM2 or 775 but I his DDR 400 Ram so the cheapest to go and run very well is the 4000 set up.

Cons: Well this a added review because the lite-on blu-ray player started not reading the disc and locking the computer up on shut down on Christmas day, I had owned it maybe a month and it worked really good up to that point! I had burned around 35 DVD-R and maybe 15 blu-ray disc and it was pass the Newegg warranty of 30 days so I had to go though lite-on which wasn’t too bad, after they received the player it took about 7 working days to get it back. Everything was good again, I will take one egg off because the first one quit working on me, not because it doesn’t work well, it’s one of the best player I have owned for speed and it quickly reads disc.( When it works!) Most people have had no trouble with this player, nothing perfect; they make so many of these. It will not stop me from buying another one.

Overall Review: Before the last player quit working everything did work very well, the software that came with it worked and Nero 7 worked, but the blu-ray did only burn a 4x. After I read a few reviews here on Newegg I see that some people were getting 12x speeds, I did not update the firmware before because everything was working, I never do unless the player is not working right, well this time I did with firmware CLOJ the player came with CLO4. I thought I had a problem at first with the new firmware because when I used Nero to burn a blu-ray it would only let burn at 1x, 1.23 min to burn that's just about a hour and a half, no way was that going to work for me, so I tried putting back the firmware that it came it, but it wouldn’t let me, so at first I thought I mess up big time. I found some free burning software, Starburn, Burnaware, Ashampoo, they all burn blu-ray, but the one I like is Ashampoo, Easy to use and it will burn at 12x. A 25GB blu-ray take's 22 min burn. I happy with that!

Cons: I would like it better if it would burn a Disc faster, but you are limited by the Media you use, I bought the Blu-Ray Memorex 4x disc, the Ridata DVD-R are 16x and they burn fast, about 4 to 5 mins to fill a Disc.

Overall Review: I have Win 7 Ultimate, 64 bit and I did not update the firmware, the software that came with it work's good for watching Blu-ray and burning, but I use Nero 7 most of the time. I have burned 10 Blu-ray so far and around 30 DVD-R and just a few CD-R with no problems! Imgburn works really good and DVDfab works and ConvertXto DVD work good, I’ve had zero problems! I see people are having trouble with this player, ether I got a good one or they don't really know what they’re doing! One thing I never do is let my computer update, I turned it off as soon as I installed the OS, when the service pack comes out I will update, auto updating mess up two of my other computer's! The other two computers have Vista Ultimate 64 bit.

Pros: Sound really good for what they are, need no AC plug in, just plug into the usb and go! Still!

Overall Review: I just had to right another review about these speakers, I see some people don't like them, but seeing that you use these on a laptop..there great I think...they sound really good for what they are...I have some Logitech S120 and these are way better and the Logitech S120 plug in to AC, so for a pair of speakers that plug into the usb only..these got it going on...I like my music and I wanted something that would give me a little sound when I'm on the laptop and these do the trick..If I really want to feel the music I go get on my home computer that I built, (of coarse all the parts came from NEWEGG!) which has a Z-5500...The Z-5500 has got to be the best 300 dollar sound system out there...I know there is better, but not for 300 bucks...yeah get the Logitech V20 2...you'll be glad you did!

Overall Review: For a pair of speakers you just plug in the usb, they have a real nice sound, now I'm using them on a laptop and as you know most laptop don't have speakers that sound very good, most laptop speakers are junk! as with the sony laptop I have, but if you add these you will be surprised. They come in a nice fold up case, I don't think you will be able to find speakers that sound better unless you find some that run on AC. I have a small pair that you do plug in and these sound alot better. I would buy these again!
