Pros: great airflow nice that it included 2 fans removable drive bays for 3.5 drives

Cons: motherboard supports holes not drilled properly hard to get the supports in had to make some of the holes larger to be able to get the supports in. fans are not very efficient. no power supply shroud not complaining for price

Cons: could not activate "free software". could not get help to activate free software was told to use a free software that i already use for backups. would have preferred the "included" software that you cannot activate.

Overall Review: I would recommend the drive but i cannot recommend the company due to the false advertising of a free included imaging software.

Pros: both working great so far received both drives quickly
