Looks great, works perfectly
Pros: -Matches other Razer stuff -RGB is fun to play with in the surprisingly good Razer Synapse app -Runs my 2 External 2K monitors, mouse and keyboard, plus has gigabit ethernet all with one USB connection -It charges my Blade 15 BUT (see below)
Cons: -It doesn't output quite enough power over the thunderbolt cable to charge my Blade 15 under very heavy load, but that's only if I'm playing a demanding game. Then it will slowly discharge. I just worry that it may not be good for the battery, so I use the normal AC adapter for the computer when I'm gaming -Razer logo doesn't light up
Overall Review: Comes with AC adapter cable and one thunderbolt cable. This listing doesn't actually say what's in the box, so there you go in case you were wondering.
Works, BUT
Pros: Has the correct amount of storage
Cons: Very, very slow write times for large files
Overall Review: I got this drive very cheap, but be warned! It has abysmal write speeds. I'm using it as a backup drive now, that's all it's really good for.
Perfect value
Pros: -Cheap -Just plug it in, and it works with 0 hassle
Cons: -None
Overall Review: I'll probably buy another one for my PC at work.
Perfect value
Pros: -Works perfectly without any fuss, just popped it in, installed the drivers, and restarted. Windows recognized it as an Intel i226. -Black slot cover matches my black case, which is nice
Cons: none
Overall Review: I'm getting 2G fiber installed next month, so if I remember I'll update this review with a speed test. Another person said this too, but you'll have to download the "Intel Ethernet Adapter Complete Driver Pack" from Intel's website. The card comes with a mini-sized DVD with an older version of the driver if that isn't an option for some reason. It also comes with a low profile bracket and screwdriver.
Cheap and easy but...
Pros: Really cheap and came with thermal pads, heat sinks, and screw risers which was nice. The little things matter.
Cons: I got this for my workstation, and it's not a big deal to me, but the slot that goes to the pci bus doesn't seem to work... At least on my office-issued Dell Optiplex 5040. I just put the second drive into the slot that connects to SATA and it was fine. This is good enough for me, but keep it in mind that it may not work depending on your motherboard.
Overall Review: I would buy it again, and make sure you get a B or B+M keyed drive if you want to use the SATA connected drive. I was lucky that the drive I had on hand was B+M. It's hard to beat this value!
Easy and fast, great value
Pros: AMD expo setup was easy and seamless. Your motherboard documentation should tell you how to set it up.
Overall Review: Great product for the price, cheap upgrade to keep my Ryzen 1700X / RX 590 build going for a little while longer.
