Cons: I guess the cord is short, but that can also be a pro if you want it short..

Overall Review: I had one strange thing when first plugging into the xbx one X where it seemed like it wasn't recognized the first or maybe even second time - but then when I unplugged and replugged with the xbox on (as opposed to turning on the xbox with the drive pre plugged) it popped right up and I was able to format (which was really fast) and then start moving files - nice!
