Poorly Designed Bearings

Enermax T.B RGB 120mm Case Fan with 3 in 1 Remote Controller and Control Box, Halo Arc-Shaped Frame, RGB Sync via Motherboard, UCTBRGB12-BP6 - 6 Fan Pack
Enermax T.B RGB 120mm Case Fan with 3 in 1 Remote Controller and Control Box, Halo Arc-Shaped Frame, RGB Sync via Motherboard, UCTBRGB12-BP6 - 6 Fan Pack

Pros: Look nice

Cons: No way to sync all the fans if you have more than one set unless you control them through the motherboard and then they are very dimly lit Bearings aren't worth a thing.

Overall Review: Never had a problem with their Magma Advanced fans, but it seems like every single other fan they make has bad bearings that fail within 1 week to 6 months. This isn't an isolated incident, I only had one die so far in a six pack (took less than 2 weeks after putting in service), however the last set I got I had 5 out of six fail in the first 6 months and the last one failed at about 9 months. At $12-$16 they should at least last through the warrantee period. I've had cheap ($2-$5) fans last longer then the computer. Get your act together Enermax!

Shortest life I have ever seen

Enermax D.F.Pressure 120mm Dust Free Rotation Technology High Performance 2,200 RPM with 3 peak RPM options Case Fan Single Pack, UCDFP12P
Enermax D.F.Pressure 120mm Dust Free Rotation Technology High Performance 2,200 RPM with 3 peak RPM options Case Fan Single Pack, UCDFP12P

Pros: Nice concept - self cleaning

Cons: bearing wears out in 1 to 6 weeks

Overall Review: I would not recommend this fan to anyone. This fan has made me reconsider the value of the entire line from Enermax. I have been buying their fans for more than 10 years and this fan has been the worst that I have ever bought.... in over 30 years. Shame on them for the price that are asking.
