PC Power and Cooling S61EPS 610W Continuous @ 40°C EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply compatible with core i7
PC Power and Cooling S61EPS 610W Continuous @ 40°C EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply compatible with core i7

Pros: Nice packaging, good sturdy design. Lots of cable options. High efficiency @ 610 watts mean i get all the watts i paid for. SINGLE 12v+ Rail for EASY setup and more upgrade options- doesn't limit you to x Amps per 12v rail. 5 year warranty.

Cons: price? But you get what you pay for. Would love a company if they shipped like 10 or 20 cheapo plastic zip ties with a 100+ dollar PSU but ehh - if thats the best i can come up with, its all good.

Overall Review: Not Modular. This is not a con nor a pro for me. I do like modular cabling but every unused lead is another bad connection where amps, etc can be lost. Look at all the high end, top $$ PSUs- they don't have modular (and its for this reason).

Cheap, but it might not be worth it

ASUS VH226H Black 21.5" HDMI Widescreen 16:9 Full HD 1080P LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 ASCR 12000:1 (1000:1) Built in Speakers
ASUS VH226H Black 21.5" HDMI Widescreen 16:9 Full HD 1080P LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 ASCR 12000:1 (1000:1) Built in Speakers

Pros: Cheapest 1080p monitor out there (149, 20 MIR, 10 instanst) with free shipping. Nice black casing. HDMI/DVI/VGA w/ speakers. 3 yr warranty. Fairly nice monitors, not horrible out of the box

Cons: Ordered 2 monitors, 1 stuck green pixel on each one. Pretty disappointed after not being able to get them unstuck.... :( The Cables included are kind of a joke (~3-4ft) and are very short. The buttons are pretty hard at first use to adjust settings, but you learn them eventually.

Overall Review: With a decent ammount of time, you can make these monitors look pretty nice as far as settings go. If you buy it, consider if you would be happy with a stuck pixel, because you will probably get one... Short cables were annoying, but i didn't buy it for the long cables.... No height adjustment, which isn't a big deal to me.

Razer Megalodon Gold-plated USB Connector Circumaural 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset
Razer Megalodon Gold-plated USB Connector Circumaural 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset

Pros: Very easy to use in Windows 7 64bit Enterprise... plugged them in and they worked without issues. I love that the in-line volume adjuster doesn't dangle down from my ear.. instead the ballast sits nicely on my desk. VERY VERY light and comfortable on the ears... Attractive in my opinion... not gimmicky like others

Cons: The 7.1 is pretty neat, but it doesn't sound natural when listening to music (in my opinion atleast)... The mic isn't bendable / adjustable (might be a pro for others)

Overall Review: Very solid construction. Very comfortable and lightweight on your ears & head. Very nice product in my opinion. Alot of negative reviews on here... not sure why so I had to post my glowing review.

KINGWIN HDP-202 Silicon H.D.D. Protector Kit
KINGWIN HDP-202 Silicon H.D.D. Protector Kit

Pros: Thick Rubber. Has grippy nobs on the side inside the case vent holes on the bottom? Pretty durable Cheap

Cons: Attract some case Dust Only comes in a pack of 3.5" and 2.5"

Overall Review: Cheap and they do the job. Pleased with the purchase. Used the 2.5" case for a new SSD I got because I didn't feel like paying 7-12 dollars for some metal brackets...

Its a case :/

NZXT Beta Series CS-NT-BETA-B Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
NZXT Beta Series CS-NT-BETA-B Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Nice steel construction of 90% of the case, but still lightweight. Nice black powder coat all over. Free Shipping :) Pretty spacious for the size. The expansion slots are metal (a nice touch i think). USB + audio is on the TOP!!! Simple, black, boxy design. Didn't try to get very gimmicky and cheap looking. Appears to be good airflow.

Cons: The front panel part is plastic, and pretty hard to remove. There is no easy way to snap it off... The plastic mounting rails for HDDs/ Optical drives feel pretty cheap, but I have not tried it yet. The HDD bay, optical bay, and FDD bay are all non-removable, they are pop riveted in. The thumb screws are kinda junky, might get another pair...

Overall Review: Not a 'tool-less' case, if your into that sort of thing (I personally prefer the screws + stuff) The Overall area for say a video card from the mounting bracket to the HDD bay is just over 11 1/4 inches of usable space. My current rosewill is 10 and some change and is a little tight with a HD 4850. So it should leave a little more than an inch of space, which will be ample for a full length video card (or two :) ) As far as the case, it looks and feels great. The add ons are sparse and flimsy, but when it comes down to it the case is what i paid for. And a mail in rebate was nice, but the free shipping hooked me + the black simple case

ASUS Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card EAH4850/HTDI/512M
ASUS Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card EAH4850/HTDI/512M

Pros: Good Overclock-ability. 2nd Gen 55nm Die. Singe Slot Cooling. Blazing fast (in 3dmark 06 combined graphics score was 9730) Asus Had Amazing packaging that was very impressive. 30 dollar mail in rebate sealed the deal.

Cons: Very Very Hot at stock (78oC). I know what silicon can handle I just prefer lower temps. Replaced Stock Thermal Compound that helped (59c) And then exited the .xml file CCC makes to set the fan speed to 40% which dropped it to ~54oC. The Fan originally would not go above 30-40 % so i googled around and decided on editing the XML file instead of flashing the BIOS

Overall Review: Plan to use Crossfire in the future when AM3/Lga 1366 or atleast the 2nd gen of 790FX chipsets come out. The 4800 series seems to scale very well so that will be fun.
