Almost perfect

Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard - Black. Wired, Comfortable, Ergonomic Keyboard with Cushioned Wrist and Palm Support. Split Keyboard. Dedicated Office Key.
Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard - Black. Wired, Comfortable, Ergonomic Keyboard with Cushioned Wrist and Palm Support. Split Keyboard. Dedicated Office Key.

Pros: Quiet, comfortable keys

Cons: The keyboard layout for function keys has changed from previous versions. The function key row splits between f6 and f7 now, and there is no gap between each and F1. A little space between key groups makes things easier fo touch typing for people with large enough hands.

Overall Review: Good overall and I have purchased and use two of these daily. Good value for a wrist saving form factor.

HP Prodesk 400 G3 Desktop Intel Core i3 3.40 GHz 8 GB 500 GB W10P

Pros: - matches specs listed - runs

Cons: - not the pictured form factor. The image is of a 600, which I thought by the image this would be a similar size, but it is a small desktop computer about the size o a shoe box.

Overall Review: - if you just want a lab computer, the price and specs are perfect for running a linux box. The larger size case than expected has the upside that I can add hardware to it, something I didn't originally plan on but again, for the price, this will be fine for building some sort of network appliance server like a filer or adding it to a microk8s cluster.

Solid construction, bright, crisp

Dell 34" 60 Hz IPS UWQHD Monitor 8 ms (gray-to-gray normal); 5 ms (gray-to-gray fast) HDMI, DisplayPort, USB Curved P3421W

Pros: - easy to look at - easy to set up - sharp, clear picture - capable of high brightness - minimalist bezel

Cons: - some of my games needed hacks or mods to take advantage of the full resolution ... not a monitor problem, just a difficulty you may encounter - could not find a stretch to fit display option for games that run at smaller resolutions only. That would be nice to have.

Overall Review: I would recommend this to people who have been using dual monitors for a long while and are looking for an update. It works very well to have windows displayed on the left, right and floating in the center from a workflow perspective for daily work. For gaming it's simply amazing, though to drive a respectable framerate, you will need a serious GPU.

You get what you pay for

4K 8-24X30mm Super Telephoto Zoom Monocular Telescope With Tripod & Clip Set For Travel, bird photography ,Hunting

Pros: Small, decent as a hand held monoscope eye piece

Cons: Tripod fell apart immediately and had no obvious way to be reassembled. Picture quality is poor on several phones we tried due to the distance between camera and lens, with or without phone case. Digital zoom helps a tiny bit but the photos don't look crisp and have color shifted edges.

Overall Review: Buy it for hiking and using for scoping things out visually. It's of no practical use as a camera lens.

Quiet and efficient

Noctua NF-F12 PWM chromax.black.swap, Premium Quiet Fan, 4-Pin (120mm, Black)
Noctua NF-F12 PWM chromax.black.swap, Premium Quiet Fan, 4-Pin (120mm, Black)

Pros: Very quiet, moving enough air through the oc case to allow the GPU to work a little harder with less noise from its own fan. Silicon bumpers are easy to install and eliminate vibration noise.

Cons: Screws were a bit large for the mounting holes inside my case, but that's a case issue. Zip ties for the win.

Overall Review: I really like these fans and would order them again for a future project.

Excellent condition, windows updates needed

Lenovo ThinkPad T480 Laptop Intel Core i5 8th Gen 8350U (1.70GHz) 8GB Memory 256GB SSD 14.0" HD Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Lenovo ThinkPad T480 Laptop Intel Core i5 8th Gen 8350U (1.70GHz) 8GB Memory 256GB SSD 14.0" HD Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Pros: price, capability, and condition

Cons: none, realy. What you see is what you get. An official Lenovo dock is half the price I paid for the laptop, so if you need a dock, plan ahead.

Overall Review: With windows and Intel default software, I had to make some adjustments to keep the CPU from running high frequency all the time and the fan running loud and hot due to the standard configuration. Googling the symptoms turned up solutions and you may wish to make changes to default Intel packages and windows features.

Never Shipped

Within two days of ordering, a "label has been printed", but after more than two weeks, "has not been picked up by UPS". Tried contacting them after a week for status, no reply. Finally I reached out to NewEgg customer care for help and they are taking care of it. I appreciate the difficulty of meeting demands under difficult work conditions, but if you can't keep up, don't list the products. If you list the products, and say you're doing something when someone orders, really do it - follow through, and at the very least respond to inquires. If I'd had a reply that said "we're running behind, shipping soon", I might have been content to wait a few more days, but over two weeks and not even shipped and no comment regarding this? Just not acceptable, so unfortunately, I've asked to cancel the order.
