Works Perfect

Pros: I've burned 40 DVD-r at 4x, 8 DVD+DL at 2.4x, and 62 CDs at 8x with this so far. For all the discs I burned I used imgburn or Nero 6, I had no failed writes/verifies and no problems with any of the discs with my devices.
Cons: none
Overall Review: Be sure to grab the latest firmware from Pioneer's support page, the drive came with 1.13 but the current version as of writing this is 1.18.
Poor quality

Pros: When it works as intended its fine.
Cons: Breaks easily, cheaply made, high DoA rate(between me and 8 others we've gone through 22 of these since the 360 launch) by DoA I mean either non working or the mic is very quiet even when yelling into it.
Overall Review: There are better cheaper head sets out there for the 360 so I can't recommend this one.
Works Great

Pros: Works great handled all my media even though i normally don't burn at max speed but I did to test and imgburn verified all the burns I did do so noting to complain about there. The drive is fairly quite which is a plus for me.
Cons: None
Overall Review: This an OEM product so make sure you got a spare SATA cable and a spare SATA power connector in on your power supply

Cons: none

The BEST

Pros: Helped me OC my Q6600 with the stock heat sink to 3Ghrtz and still keeping it under 65 degrees C.
Cons: none
Overall Review: Less is more, one tube will last you awhile unless you a professional builder.
Great Value

Pros: Fast, stable, and inexpensive.
Cons: none
Overall Review: Not much to say its super stable, very fast for the price, all in all a great value I'd recommend to anyone.
