Pros: The G502 design is durable and reliable. The mouse feet gave out before the mechanical components. The first issue I had was with the LMB 2 days ago.

Cons: What can I say? I didn't get the random damaged unit so I never had any issues with the G502 Proteus. Ever.

Overall Review: Because of how well this mouse has worked for me I've decided to get the G502 HERO model that's now available. Same hood, new tech. No point in retraining my mouse hand when the design is still around, just better.

Comments: Those who are praising this bundle should be aware that OEM is NOT provided any tech support from Microsoft unless you pay for EACH issue that you have to go to them for assistance. I learned this lesson the hard way. OEM software bites.
