Decent webcam

Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 2.0 M Effective Pixels USB 2.0 WebCam
Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 2.0 M Effective Pixels USB 2.0 WebCam

Pros: Excellent visual quality, very good auto-focus, stable mount, works in Vista x64

Cons: Sensitive microphone (?)

Overall Review: I bought this so my gf and I could stay in touch since I live a long distance away. The video portion of the webcam is great, and gives us an excellent connection, but for some reason we couldn't get the audio to work without an echo using the built-in mic. She would always hear an annoying echo until I started using my bluetooth headset for the mic, so I have to assume that the microphone is the problem. Idk if its because its refurbished or not, it has the same problem on both my Vista x64 desktop and XP x86 Tablet notebook, and also happens when talking to my parents so it seems to be on my end.

Good for the price

ENCORE ENLWI-G(2) Wireless Adapter IEEE 802.11b/g TPCI Standard Universal Add-in card Compliant with PCI 2.0 Up to 54Mbps Wireless Data Rates
ENCORE ENLWI-G(2) Wireless Adapter IEEE 802.11b/g TPCI Standard Universal Add-in card Compliant with PCI 2.0 Up to 54Mbps Wireless Data Rates

Pros: Works in Vista x64

Cons: Somewhat weak signal, built-in Vista drivers can be glitchy

Overall Review: I installed the card and booted up; Vista found and installed drivers immediately. The card came up as disabled to start so I enabled it; this caused the computer to lockup and reboot immediately. Once I got back into Windows it was working. Windows Update found new drivers and I've had no problems since. The signal is somewhat weak, only getting three bars in the room next door to where my router is installed. For the price it does exactly what I need it to do and does it as well as I need it to, but I'd pay more for a better card if this wasn't a temporary setup for me.
