ARCTIC Freezer 7 Pro - Compact Multi-Compatible Tower CPU Cooler | 92 mm PWM Fan | for AMD AM4 and Intel 115x CPU | Recommended up to 115 W TDP

Comments: Alright, so my pc was heating up to 60+ even 70c during what I thought was normal operation. Downloads, playing games, this thing was running HOT. Was looking for a good heatsink but to install all the good ones you needed to take out your MOTHERBOARD! I don't want to do that, so then I stumbled across this one. Don't let the pictures fool you, it's big, I have a Asus p5ld2, and I just managed to get it in there. It will definitely fit, no doubt about that, but you're gonna have to mingle with it a bit. It says to push the air towards the back of the pc but I couldn't do that because it didn't fit that way. Instead I'm pushing the air to the front which I don't really mind, BECAUSE this thing cools LIKE NO OTHER! Idling temps for me were 60C!!!! Now I have hl2 loaded and it's idling at 38C! The artic Silver 5 didn't even sink in yet so it's only going to get better. I even messed up the instructions by lifting the heatsink by mistake which supposedly allows air to seep in, but it's working fine no problems. So definitely recommend, you will probably have to remove your video card to install but it's better than your whole MOBO!! PROS - Quiet, easy installation, cools great(WITH artic silver 5) AND Lightweight, Surprised by how light it is. Held Stock intel on one hand and this on the other, couldn't tell the difference. Copper, great contact. Low Price! CONS - Little on the larger side, has those twisty things to install, not a problem for me, but to some might be. Before I depart- From observation the metal on the heatsink SEEMS flimsy, but it really isn't, it's just extra flexible. The contact on the bottom is extremely sturdy and seals tight. For all those who cant stand those twisty things, DO NOT listen to those dam instructions on any of those. Put the thing in the lock POSITION first, which is the arrows pointing INWARDS, COUNTER CLOCKWISE, THEN once you put it on the cpu, get them into the whole, and push them semi in, do this to the opposite corners until all of em are in, AND THEN! You push them one by one until you hear that little click noise, then its in. Once you get the hang of it the twisty thing might even be better than screws. AND it's alot easier with this heatsink than with the INTEL STOCK JUNK! Def a must buy. GET EM WHILE it's CHEAP!

This keyboard is Okay at best

Logitech Ultra X 967353-0403 Silver/Black 104 Normal Keys 6 Function Keys PS/2 Wired Standard Keyboard
Logitech Ultra X 967353-0403 Silver/Black 104 Normal Keys 6 Function Keys PS/2 Wired Standard Keyboard

Pros: Pros, keyboard is slim, looks a bit hightech and color is nice. Buttons dont smudge, and the spacebar key is working perfectly after hours of slamming on it. Removing keys and placing them back doesn't lead to that "click" noise most keyboards get. Was happy with this for a while, but now onto cons!

Cons: Well, I wasn't playing any games for the time I was happy with the keyboard... Anyways, when you play games with this thing you can't push more than three buttons! Or it will beep! I never had this problem back in 2000! And i'm having it now! As we all know CS/Fifa2006 need plenty of keys to be pressed! If I were to press W,A and the SHIFT key the stupid thing will beep. Not to say I want to jump and move back also. Got annoying pretty fast. DEF not for gaming.

Overall Review: If you want a keyboard for typing and not for gaming this will be good. If you want a keyboard for FPS/Fifa, def not for you. Bottom line is FPS stay way from this keyboard! RTS and RPGs can purchase this because keys barely make noise. (kinda like a laptop feel, but a bit more keyboard-like) So that's about it. Cheap price might as well pick up if you want an extra keyboard

Worth the silence

be quiet! Dark Power Pro 11 750W ATX 12V 80 Plus Platinum Modular Power Supply – Silent Wings 3 Fan
be quiet! Dark Power Pro 11 750W ATX 12V 80 Plus Platinum Modular Power Supply – Silent Wings 3 Fan

Pros: No noise like my EVGA 850W b2. Silent, no humming high pitch coil whine that the evga had. This was my main concern when purchasing a new pSu, the coil whine and so far the fan hasn't been audible from where my pc is. My GPU/case fans make more noise than the powersupply.

Cons: WIRES WIRES WIRES! Not flat cable,They gave braided cables which are pretty thick, my case went from looking beautiful with the evga flat wires to a complete mess with this psu. I WENT with this PSU because of the higher wattage compared to the 600w version straight power which had better cable options. This one did not have a sata cable with 4 power outputs it had a cable with 3, and another with 3 and a bunch of other connectors. That's really my gripe about this PSU, I want sata cable with 4 outputs like other versions of powersupplies BEQUIET offers. I don't need a wire with 2 +molex and sata combined into one cable. I'm looking into buying individual cables from this company because with a 4 cable sata connector I don't have to add another BULKY cable for one extra sata. Any power cord you use to connect to the back of the power supply will not be as snug as other units you have used. It won't come off but you can pull it out a bit easier than other units. Could be a little more secure. Hard to find cable/accessories for their units - their website states what cables they have I have no idea where to find them. Can make the powersupply perfect with new cables.

Overall Review: It's worth the quiet. Cables bulky will make your case messy. Basically if this unit came with flat cables I would give it 5 eggs. I will purchase flat cables from this company eventually but good luck finding them. Power cord from wall to unit is me nitpicking . Cables is only issue for me.

8600 gts, good card when you have no money

XFX GeForce 8600 GTS 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Support Graphics Card PVT84GUDF3
XFX GeForce 8600 GTS 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Support Graphics Card PVT84GUDF3

Pros: Good card, I don't play graphic intensive games but runs Wow, source, and similar games fine. Not sure what happens up the ladder.

Cons: CONS only reason I came onto this website right now. The card is NOT quiet I REPEAT NOT QUIET> Yeah, the fan barely moves and doesn't makes noise, but the mechanism that controls the fan has this infuriating whining noise. Think OLD piece of junk power supply, and an old 1995 motherboard. It's driving me nuts and I feel these companies do this on purpose. That noise is by far the most audible thing on my case right now and if it weren't for my geforce 6600 breaking down on me (with an Artic cooling silencer attached) I wouldn't have bought this. Now I gotta buy a new vga cooler, don't even know what to get.

Overall Review: 140 bucks not bad though for a card, get it by jan 31st and you get a 40 dollar rebate so 100 bucks. But know that if you want a media pc the fan motor will drive you nuts.

CASE STINKS!

APEVIA X-Alien ATXA1A/420 Beige Steel Server Computer Case 420W Power Supply
APEVIA X-Alien ATXA1A/420 Beige Steel Server Computer Case 420W Power Supply

Comments: This is not a case for your average household. This must be a business case, it won't fit under the biggest of desk. On top of that the equipped power supply couldn't power up my motherboard. Sent it back to newegg, and they refunded my money, now I get to buy something else. Newegg, fast shipping as usual, they rock, but buyer beware. This case will cut you, and it weights a ton.
