Pros: It works just like they said I was able to connect my Rosewill RSV-S8 to my laptop it reads all 10TB of HD space on it : )

Pros: Works great had no problems its been three months and still going strong.

Cons: newegg no longer has the extra hardrive Hot-swappable tray in their assortment wich was a bummer i was going to three more
