Pros: Boots up fast and runs great. Updated it to win 8.1. No problems with this one so far! You can tell it has 4gb memory, it doesn't bog down at all so far! I'm happy with the purchase

Cons: I bought 2 Surface Pro's, one of them wouldn't activate. After a couple go rounds with Microsoft, there taking it back and shipping me a new one. Because the keys are burnt into the unit, another key cannot just be entered. Microsoft is taking care of everything. Very pleased with there help!
