Pros: Works great, easy install! Fast FREE shipping.

Cons: I realized this was OEM. I don't need cables, screws, IFU's, software or a box. HOWEVER the drive arrived in an unsealed bag, in a box of styrofoam peanuts. Those peanuts were in the bag and are very dusty and the dust does cling to everything. Wouldn't have broke the bank to seal the bag. Tape is cheap.

Overall Review: I recommend blowing out the inside of the drive before you install with canned air to get the styrofoam dust out.
