Pros: I like the size of this chair, fits me well. The materials used seem to be of good quality, chair assembled easily. Very good chair in this price range.

Cons: The chair seat tilt did not work well, but Homall sent me a replacement very quickly, only had to contact them once, excellent customer service. I would not hesitate in buying anything from them again, they are very concerned with customer satisfaction.
