Cons: The snap pieces of th D-Pad were broken off, but the screw pieces were still on it so it still works and doesn't negatively affect gameplay.

Pros: It gets the job done, I don't use the allen wrench because I have screrwdrivers that fi the screws, but it does have a security bit so it works with opening the xbox360 controller too. Made out of quality material,l so it won't break or bend easily
