Pros: Tested it on a new Windows 7 desktop I just built and a laptop running Ubuntu 9.04. Drivers were pretty much loaded automatically, although Windows initially had problems with the audio driver until I inserted the CD.

Cons: Worked well, although for Windows I had to read the instructions. :-)

Pros: Works out of the box. Fast. Mine doesn't got hot like others have reported.
