Pros: None.

Cons: Everything. I can't have my phone in my pocket and still receive signal to my headphones. All my other bluetooth devices work fine with my phone in my pocket. In fact, they all work fine with my phone in another room. But these headphones, if you move a couple feet away they cut out. It's like they have separation anxiety. They fit weird too. Which I would deal with if I could have a reliable signal. But it's just one extra bit of salt in the wound from Motorola. Not only do you get no signal, but they'll make sure you aren't comfortable either.

Overall Review: For your money the Motorola warranty gives you access to NO refunds and NO return for replacement. Newegg gives you 30 days for replacement though, but that's because they are good to their customers. No point in trying to replace these headphones though since everyone else seems to have the same signal issues.
