Pretty Good

Pros: it's HD, I'm using an over the air TERK antenna and the picture is very good. (although I can not get any of the in between HD channels)
Cons: No software comes with it, you are forced to use windows media center, and that's not a bad thing, if all you want to do is watch TV and record your shows, but if you want connect other things like your video camera, vcr, game system, you're out of luck, you have to buy some other software. the software you can download from Hauppauge for free is not good, but I was able to hook up my game system just to find out there is a 1 second delay (for some reason) when you press a button on the controller, so that makes it impossible to actually play the game.
Overall Review: wish it had the good software that used to come with TV cards.
NEC 3550A

Pros: Fast shipping, easy to install, very quiet.
Cons: It will not read my burned dvd+r movies.
This is a Good PC

Pros: I'm upgrading from a 12 yr old HP PC windows 8.1 to this PC and it is Super Fast and Very Quiet, runs great for everything I'm doing
Cons: I was disappointed that it wasn't exactly what I bought, it's supposed to have an Intel Core i5-8400 (3.20GHz), I got 3.0. I doubt if I could tell the difference anyway. The photo's of the one I bought clearly showed to have an HDMI port and a Display Port, I got 2 Display Ports and I have no monitor that takes this port, at first I thought it was no problem because they included an adapter for a VGA port, but the adapter did not work, I could see that the PC was running, also the keyboard & mouse was lit but no monitor. I went to a local store and spent $15 on another adapter and it's working now.
Overall Review: Now that I have the display working, for the price this seems to be a very good PC
