Overall Review: This model is in a class all on its own. Logitech software was NOT designed to be used with this model even though it will work at low resolution with Logitech software. This model seems to be designed for Commercial Settings, with IT professionals with large budgets that can afford proprietary one of a kind systems and web cam software.

Pros: When I connected it to my NEW 4K TV, the native resolution that popped up was 4k. What else needs to be said? Who knew?

Pros: Upgradeable to 8.1 pro

Cons: Technically, this ver is upgrade-able to 8.1 pro, but had I to do it all over again, I would have seen the TRUE 8.1 pro 64 bit OEM for the same price. Now, as updates occur in future, will I be behind one level? When Microsoft changes to a costly update, will I have to pay sooner than if I had bought the current version to begin with for the same cost?

Pros: My work around worked for only a few weeks then the unit totally went out. When I called Harmon Kardon, they described an exchange program, and so I got a new one. In fact, they replaced my 2650 with a 2700. 14 days later, I was enjoying a much better receiver. Still, there are times when I turn on the receiver and TV only to watch a moment of flickering before the picture stabilizes. If I had it to do all over, I would buy another brand.

Cons: Quality control.
