Nice and Easy

Pros: Very stable base, clean look. Fast operation and easy setup. Driver software includes all the basic options you would need.
Cons: It wasn't free, and it's yet to do my laundry for me.
Overall Review: This was my first purchase of an ELO touch screen. I choose this one because the screen is glass. I had purchased from another company before and had problems with a non-glass touch screen. Glass is the way to go, no worries about scratches and should last a lot longer.
Shipping damage

Pros: Delicate item for shipping
Cons: Would of looked nice if it worked
Overall Review: Light was damage during shipping broken internally possibly during transport via ups . Not worth claiming due to cost of freight to return vs cost of item disappointed. It was well packed.
Nice Little Box

Pros: Small, quiet and runs cool. Plenty of USB ports.
Cons: Loaded with tons of useless software, like most new PC's.
Overall Review: Purchased this system to be used as a Kiosk computer. After a few hours of removing useless software the speed of the system more than doubled.
Solid Product

Pros: Clean Looking, Small Footprint, Many mounting options. Good signal strength, many high end options.
Cons: Setup was a litting confusing at first. In our environment we only needed this one access point and we needed it configured for basic WPA. Took a quick google search to learn how to have it handle it's own authentication.
Overall Review: We used some low end consumer routers as Access Points. Mostly we had WRT54GL's configured as access points. They have become unstable over time. We expect the Cisco to hold up for much much longer.
Delay in replacement
I reported the defective product at time of arrival was sent to vendor by Newegg vendor three days later issue RMA I shipped and a week later no answer from vendor . I don’t know why as a customer have to go though reman process on a defective product at arrival it should have been replaced ASAP
