Decent Fans all 3 still working

Rosewill RFA-120-K - 120mm Computer Case Cooling Fan with LP4 Adapter - Sleeve Bearing, Silent
Rosewill RFA-120-K - 120mm Computer Case Cooling Fan with LP4 Adapter - Sleeve Bearing, Silent

Pros: These are good fans. 6 months almost, and still working just fine. They definitely supply the rated air flow. Though, when undervolted to 5v or 3v the air flow drops pretty fast.

Cons: The sound...I think these produce more sound than advertised. They are much closer to 30/31dcb, not the 29 they are rated at. Not so much of a gripe. But it does lower their CFM/Noise ratio. They also do not have a lot of static pressure. Not so bad in my case, since I used them in an Antec 300 as front & Side Intakes with side filters. And then Top/Rear Tri-cools for exaust.

Overall Review: The one egg deduction is mostly for the low static pressure. But overall, these are great case fans. More so for the price. And I would gladly use them again. If I don't need anything fancy. At half speed they are barely audible while still moving a good amount of air. With these things on low, and my Tri-Cools on low, I get only a 2*c difference in temps on most of my stuff. So I'm very happy.

Decent Instructions, Well Packaged, Good Overall Looks, unfortunately defective upon arrival.

Pros: - Fans have a good PWM Range ( 600 RPM to 1800 RPM +/-10%) - Installation on Socket AM4 is easy enough, the instructions have some Engrish but the visual directions work well enough to only need a glance or two to figure everything out. - Pump is ultra low profile and the tubes exist from the side on swivel joints allowing for some exceptional flexibility when installing even though the tubes are rather stiff.

Cons: - Arrived under filled with a lot of "gurgle" and "grinding" noise from the pump - Pump is 3pin while the fans are PWM so not all motherboards will give you full speed control of the pump.

Overall Review: - Pump is located in the radiator lowering your effective cooling area due to the pump being inside of the fin array. Fortunately the design is smart enough to incorporate the rather large pump behind the hub of the fans limiting and reduction in airflow. This design also centralizes all the noise of your CPU cooling to one section of the case which for front mounted radiators can make the system appear slightly quieter. This also depends on your case and the relative position of the case in the environment. - System Specs: CPU - Ryzen 5 2600X RAM - G.Skill TridentZ DDR4 3200Mhz CL14 2x8GB Kit MOBO - Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro WiFi GPU - Sapphire RX 480 Nitro+ 8GB CASE - Cooler Master HAF XB EVO PSU - EVGA GS 550w SSD - Crucial M4 256GB HDD - Various

A very nice drive, quiet, works well, software is nice.

LITE-ON Black 4X BD-ROM 8X DVD-ROM 32X CD-ROM SATA Internal 4X Blu-ray Disc Reader Model iHOS104-08

Pros: - This drive is quiet. Doesn't make alot of noise when spinning CD's, DVD's, or Blurays. - Price, it's not very expensive and worth the pennies. - Software is nice.

Cons: - No TRUE con's but see other.

Overall Review: - Glossy, some like it, some don't. I don't like it. But for the price it was worth it. - A tad longer than my DVD Burner (~ .7" longer) kinda makes it look silly inside my case. But oh well. Average size for the most part and not overly huge. - Doesn't due any burning like some BR Drives do. Not a con, and I knew. But I've heard some people say they were surprised when I told them.

Good. Powerful. Well Worth the Money.

Lamptron 5.25" 6-channel fan controller, 45w/channel, 3-pin fan & molex power connector
Lamptron 5.25" 6-channel fan controller, 45w/channel, 3-pin fan & molex power connector

Pros: -High Wattage -Easy to understand design -Plenty of extra cables -Excellent pain job -Aluminum front panel -Best price per watts per channel -Best price per number of channels

Cons: -LED's don't glow all the way around like they should ~ This is an easy fix though, you can look on YouTube to see, they have a couple of videos about this. Though, this con was not a deduction in an egg because I removed the LED's upon arrival, and the design (and thus piece which blocked only a little LED light) is sound and well thought out. So you can't really down the product for it.

Overall Review: Didn't quite match the front of my Antec 300, as it's a steel case with a plastic DVD Drive cover, and a plastic cover on the front of my Audigy Sound Bay. This didn't matter much, I wasn't to worried, and soon I'll move over to the Corsair Obsidian 800D (gonna get it from NE of course.) But beyond that I can't really count it as a negative because I knew it would be a bit off, being the only metal thing in front though helps it hide it's difference in material from the front of the case. Either way, if you are running cheap Antec/Cooler Master/Xigmatek/Rosewill/ect fans, you won't need a controller this powerful, but it will handle them just fine, and it has enough wattage to handle any fan just fine, or a couple of them. The $5 Rosewill fans on Newegg have 4.8watts (12v * 0.4a = 4.8watts) so with 45watts per channel on this controller, you could effectively chain up probably 9 of these fans with no problem. Also, FYI, it's 3.75amps per channel on the FC-2

A decent unit from HEC

hec Raptor500 500 W ATX12V V2.2 SLI Ready Passive PFC Power Supply

Pros: Great PSU. Did not extensively test this unit like I did the Zephyr 750watt but it stands well none the less. It ran a 8800GTS w/ Pentium D 910 @ 3.8ghz 1.6vcore.

Cons: Can get hot.

Overall Review: None
