Fantastic Camera

Pros: - 12X Optical Zoom is amazing - Image Stabilization works much better than I expected - Large feature set for the price - HD video (MOV Format) with very good microphone - Battery life is pretty good (I got about 500 pics with lots of on/off switching) - The image review mode is surprisingly useful and easy to show others what you shot.
Cons: - No RAW/Superfine - When in video mode there is no zoom adjustment and iris is fixed - A bit big for a true Point and Shoot - The images can be a bit noisy. Not awful by any means, but SuperFine mode would help. - It takes about a half second too long between pressing the power button to it being ready to shoot. Mainly because of the unwinding of the lens into an extended position. - No optical viewfinder
Overall Review: I wouldn't quite call this a true point and shoot because it is too big, but I wanted better quality than a pocket camera without the expense and hassle of a DSLR, and I think this fits the bill quite nicely. The 12X zoom was the real selling point and I was completely happy with it. I found out that it is water resistant to a point, but will fog if you are excessive. (I was at a waterfall. It cleared itself after a few minutes of dry air.) Probably that is true of any camera that isn't specially sealed, though. The flash can be "manually" hidden by simply pressing it back into the body of the camera if you want to physically turn it off, so I wouldn't worry much about that. It is spring-loaded and flips in/out easily, and the camera understands when you've hidden the flash this way. Also, read the manual before going on a trip with this thing. I discovered all sorts of features I didn't know about and would have liked to use until I was halfway through my trip.
Avoid

Pros: Cheap
Cons: I bought three of them, and two were DOA. I replaced those two but all three lock up and disappear when placed under load. All three pass the SeaTools long test, but it doesn't matter because any significant disk I/O and the hard drive vanishes. I've tried them under different OS's on different computers on different controllers all with the same result. Coupled with Seagate reducing their warranty on virtually all their drives and this ball of failure they've lost me as a customer.
Not exactly as advertised, but acceptable

Pros: Fanless and silent, plenty fast for general office or firewall use, small size, easy to upgrade. I bought two on sale and am happy with it overall. RAM and SSD are the correct size and speed. Packaged exceptionally well. Includes Windows 11 preinstalled on the SSD.
Cons: It has a COM port, not VGA. It ships from China, not the USA. The RAM and NVMe SSD are inconsistent in type or manufacturer as my two examples are not the same in either. BIOS settings for power usage are conservative, but easy to change.
Overall Review: Overall, maybe this is a decent option. As long as you are OK if the unit you receive isn't exactly as described and the long shipping process is acceptable. For what I paid and my intended use, it's fine, but I wouldn't describe it as perfect either. I will buy a different brand in the future to see if they are more consistent.
Simple, works. Mounting screws are a little odd

Pros: It does what the description says it does. Fast speeds, no apparent driver issues.
Cons: The mounting screws are a little odd. There is a small brass standoff that is mounted with the smaller diameter protruding ring in the hole in the card for proper positioning. All that is fine. But the screw that holds the drive to the brass standoff is very small and will flex if tightened down too much. Best to only lightly tighten the attachment screw which contacts the drive itself.
Overall Review: Recommended. The con don't affect the function of the card as it is mostly cosmetic anyway.
Functional, low cost, best for fanless CPUs with 3.5" and 5.25" drives. In a word: Adequate.

Pros: - Low cost - PSU fan is partially above the CPU, which helps cool a fanless CPU. - Plenty of airflow cuts in the sides - Clean, nice appearance from the front. - Concealed USB ports stay clean and out of the way
Cons: - Power supply may conflict with CPU fan. Low profile CPU fans can clear the PSU, but only barely. Works best with fanless CPUs. - Metal bends easily. Can be useful if/when the PSU bends into your CPU fan. - 2.5" drives won't mount without adapters. Bays are a single 3.5" and a single 5.25". - Larger than necessary, but somehow also cramped inside.
Overall Review: I have two of these cases now in different generations. They work, but aren't great. If what you need is a basic, low cost mini-ITX case with a single 3.5" drive, it'll be fine. If you need 2.5" drive mounts or want a compact case look elsewhere.
Good price, medium performance

Pros: Low price
Cons: Performance is middle of the pack for this generation of SSDs Sometimes the computer it is in hangs for a few seconds with a hard drive activity light frozen on. Not sure this is the SSD, but it is a problem I've had with other Crucial SSDs previously.
Overall Review: Crucial has the name, makes their own chips, but I've been consistently underwhelmed with their SSDs. This model follows in the same footsteps of other Crucial SSD's I've own with mediocre performance and a troubling instability. For the money, I'd rather have a Samsung instead.
Product shipped from China, not the US as listed
The seller incorrectly listed the product as shipping from the US, when it actually ships from China. This doesn't affect the product itself, but I was expecting much faster shipping.
Seller made a shipping mistake and quickly corrected it.
Yes, this seller sent the product quickly and corrected a small mistake with a missing part as soon as they were notified. The product was in good condition and otherwise as-described.
