Setup required changing data storage defaults to bigger hard drive rather than SSD. ie. documents, downloads etc.

Pros: Once data defaults were changed it worked as expected.

Cons: When trying to register laptop for warranty at ASUS it showed as the serial number was already registered. To rectify and register I had to send a copy of the invoice to prove it was mine.

Overall Review: I would recommend this product as I am quite happy with the performance. I am curious as to how this laptop was already registered at ASUS. I hope I can trust Newegg has not sent me a used laptop but I am curious.
