Pros: Has a leader cable, is fast, and works with the latest Linux kernel.

Cons: None noted yet except the claim that it is compatible with Linux 2.6.14 and up is a little misleading. The drivers are not supplied for the latest kernels.

Overall Review: Had to go to asix website to download the latest driver from their support page. After getting that and following directions for compiling the asix kernel module, a reboot got it working. Happy now that it's up and running, but was frustrated for a while trying to figure out how to get it working with my Ubuntu 11.10 system (Linux kernel 3.0.0).
