Pros: No problem installing, two to three times quicker than my old Haswell setup.

Cons: Don't like how the heatsink mounts to the motherboard, difficult to push pins through the mounting holes properly.

Overall Review: Runs cool and onboard video so great for a quiet, low noise, cheap set up.
