Pros: looks basically new

Cons: * phone works most of the time, but occasionally half the screen grays out. * I can only assume that they did not do a good refurbish on the unit and completely missed why someone got rid of this phone in the first place.

Pros: Connect without any issues

Cons: I've been using for 3 months, and have tried multiple times all 3 ear piece sizes. These just do not stay in ear. Even for walking around. I have searched the web for solutions as I may not have been installing correctly. Bottom line is do not believe the other reviews on how well these stay in place.

Overall Review: I definitely would not recommend.
