Pros: I have a number of these exact drives, all have been working flawlessly.

Cons: Based on my experience, Dead-On-Arrival is usually based on poor handing during shipping. This drive won't format due to a general block error / file format error. Multiple machines all return the same error. So, back it goes.

Overall Review: My advice, don't opt for UPS: sure, it's the cheapest option, but whenever a item has failed, or been damaged, or lost, UPS is the lowest common denominator!

Pros: Fortunately, I am using this drive as disk2 of a mirrored RAID for my boot disk, so I didn't lose anything (time or work)..

Cons: Drive worked great for about 10 days - and it's only a boot/application drive, so very low requirements.

Overall Review: RMA process is super smooth!
