Pros: Solid stand. The base is solid and heavy, reassuring me that it can actually hold up the monitors. Easy to setup, comes with all tools except a Philips-head screwdriver (if you don't have one in the first place, then you got bigger problems). Versatile, too. This stand allows a pretty wide variety of angles.

Overall Review: Not really a con. Some adjustments were hard to do. I had to wrench one of the pieces really tightly. But, at least I know it's stable and I also have a heavy 27" monitor. I knew that this stand was designed to allow a wide array of viewing angles, and therefore, I'd have to make some adjustments for my particular setup. That's fine. Instead of the pyramid shape as shown in the picture, you can also invert the positions. 1 on the bottom, two on top. I don't think this setup was designed for an Nvidia surround or AMD Eyefinity gaming rig. It's great for workstations, though, because now I have an incredible amount of screen real-estate.
