Pros: Vista Ultimate needed to manage my new telephone system. This Anytime Upgrade version, green box, is $30 cheaper.

Cons: 32 bit media is shipped. 64 bit media is what I needed. Getting 64 bit requires phone call to Microsoft & wait a week.
