Pros: -it's fast -it's unlocked -it's affordable -has almost any feature you can think of. -screen is nice. -fingerprint scanner is great, and the one-button nav feature it has is excellent. I've had this phone since March 24th. i've only used it on a verizon mvno, and have had no major issues, other than issues specific to poor coverage in my area (i live in rural iowa, and verizon has some gaps around here) or issues related to where i work (heavy industrial facility, so poor quality there too) but i've never had a phone that could get around either of those. i use it with a number of bluetooth accessories; headphones, a speaker, and 2 cars, including my new car with android auto, and i've had no problems. wi-fi range is good, and connectivity has never been an issue with any wi-fi networks. Screen is sharp, with good 1080p resolution, and is bright and has good color. performance has not been an issue, i mostly only read on my phone, but occasionally i do play a game, and i've had no problems. the high ram and storage memory is nice, and i also have a 128GB card with music and videos. the low, affordable price point is probably the best feature of all. all this phone for about $300? fantastic. highly recommend,
Cons: -no nfc -power button is flipped in position from every other motorola phone i've used. nfc would have been nice, but i don't use it that much. the power button thing is infuriating, and i'm still having problems with it, but i am slowly adapting, lol.
Overall Review: -it is dual sim capable, and i have a north american version. -other reviews spoke of poor call quality, i haven't seen any of this, call quality is fantastic. -i'm on total wireless, which runs on verizon's network. -another reviewer spoke of being unable to receive data when calling on wi-fi......that's how CDMA networks work, not a phone issue. -there was an issue at launch with a 911-specific issue, but after discovery, motorola got a fix out really quickly. i think this phone is fantastic, like every other motorola phone i've owned since 2014's moto x. i think motorola makes the best phones, and this is definitely excellent: no junk-ware like samsung's products, and made with higher quality than any other budget phone in it's price range,
excellent, after some quirks and setup problems
Pros: HDMI Works Great, the integrated video and audio are good, problems were easily taken care of. all the components seem to be high quality.
Cons: the hdmi audio took some work to set functional, and it didn't work with the updated audio drivers i downloaded from the manufacturer. the video had some glitches from the drivers on the cd, but new drivers from ati fixed that problem.
Overall Review: it just takes a little bit of work to get it working perfectly. but when you get it working, it's about as close to perfect as you can get.
