Pros: Reasonable price, no connectivity problems

Cons: Software included sucks - it doesn't let you simply select an entire drive at a time, and you have to manually select each directory to backup. Also, it only allows you to backup/sync directories from one drive at a time, and then you have to reopen the program and select another drive...the flashing light on the front is useless, and I had to turn the drive sideways and put something over the light to cover it up.

Overall Review: Using Norton 360 on my second computer as the backup program. Seems to work a lot better than what Maxtor supplied. Also, you could always drag and drop folders onto it just like a normal drive and not even bother using Maxtor's software.
