Pros: Fast stable memory that matches everything.
Cons: it didn't install itself
Overall Review: you will have to manually adjust your frequency to 2133, but that's very common for OC memory. Also, keep in mind the heat spreader might conflict with your CPU cooler.
Pros: it's windows 8.1. it works
Cons: the biggest con is the size of the product key in the packaging. It was very small and in a bad font. hard to read and took a couple of tries to get it put in right.
Pros: The are good quality budget speakers. You get a lot for what your paying. Plenty of clean sound and volume.
Cons: limited to no base, but that's not surprising for such a low price
The only other negative is that the speakers are a little unstable. They are very small and easy to knock over when adjusting the volume. These are designed to have a small footprint, but the base should be a little wider.
Overall Review: If your looking for a basic set of speakers these are a good choice
Pros: I've had this card now for over 2 years. It was a great buy at the time and even now can handle most games at 1080p, even if you do have to lower the quality settings on some games.
Cons: not really a con, but this is a mid range graphics card and as such, can not handle ultra settings at 1080p even when it was new.
Pros: I've used this SD card in both a point and shoot camera and my new Cannon Vixia HF G20 video camera and it worked flawlessly. The video was smooth and crisp. The card was instantly recognized in both products and I had no issues copying the data to my PC.
Cons: it wasn't free? There are really none to mention
Pros: I have had this card for about 6+months and it has been a great experience. The drivers it came with were the most current available and were simple to install. This is a very small card and works great with your pci-x 1.0 that has a heat sink directly behind it. This was a concern of mine since my ASRock M3A770DE has this configuration. I'm also getting great speed with my upgraded cable based internet.
Cons: none that I can think of unless you want it to install itself. :)
Pros: good while it lasted, unlocked cores, 1600 ddr3 etc see cons
Cons: I've had this board for about a year and a half and overall was pleased, but now the LAN is starting to go bad, my internet has been shaky the past few days and I thought it was my cable company, but today the pc booted and wouldn't connect. after various trouble shooting I find the LAN is missing from device manager, I disabled and re-enabled the LAN in Bios to no avail, but after a bout an hour or so i booted again and it worked but is still shaky. I've owned a variety of motherboards over the years and never had this problem. I've got a board that's over 10 yrs old and it still works flawlessly. If this is the quality that Asrock makes, i can guarantee I won't be buying from them again. I thought I had found a great budget board, but if it only last 1.5 years, it's no bargain.
Overall Review: I was actually thinking of upgrading in about 6 months to a year, but i as getting ready to by a new 760 GT and PSU. Now I have to buy a new MB and probably CPU too,
(no sense in buying old tech) so there goes my nice video card.
Pros: This is exactly what I've come to expect from Kingston memory, Good, reliable memory at a reasonable cost.. I bought this 8Gb kit to add to my system for a total of 12MB. I actually saw an immediate 2-5 FPS gain in Mechwarrior Onlline. It also match the settings of my Kingston 4gb kit immediately without any issues.
Cons: The only con is the the sides of the memory do have a slight different appearance than pictured. Not that it's a problem since the top is an exact match and therefore looks identical the the 4GB kit I already had installed. Not worth taking a n egg of for, but the only con worth mentioning
Overall Review: Asrock M3A770 DE
Athlon X3 455 rana unlocked to Phenom B55
Collermaster hyper 212+
12 GB Kinston 1600 DDR3
Powercolor Raedon 6770 1GB
Hitachi 640Gb HD
Chieftec Dragon Case
Pros: great cpu especially for the price. unlocked fourth core successfully and tested stable after 8 hours of prime95. getting 32C at idle and 56C at full load (prime95) using arctic silver5 and stock cooling. runs EVE at max settings, haven't tested other programs yet.
Cons: there was insuffient thermal compound on the HSF from AMD. I spent a week trying to figure out why my new build was shutting down after a few minutes until i noticed my temps rising in bios. after confirming my heat issues with the MB outside of the case I removed the HSF to find only a small amount of compound on the CPU, just a little around the edges. After cleaning the thermal compound off and applying some arctic silver 5, everything was fine and temps were very good as stated above. I realize this is a 1 in a million issue but I almost RMA'd my MB over it. still very happy with the CPU though
Pros: good ram with a nice heatsink. tested stable under 3 full test of memtest86+ and 8 hour of prime95
Overall Review: Had to adjust bios timings and speed to reach 1600 and 9-9-9-24, but runs fine after that now issues.
Pros: So far, I love this monitor. 1080p is great and the colors are really nice. I was really supprised how nice it looks on my old PC.
Cons: I really havn't found the stand to be that much of an issue. I have a multi-layer desk so maybe that's what the diffenrce is. Yes the warranty sticker is annoying and I will remove it once the warranty expires. However, I usuall keep my office in a low light setting anyway so it's not really noticable to me
Overall Review: Now I just need to upgrade my pc to mathc my nice monitor. I know where my christams money will be going :)
Pros: These are good cheap headphones with some of the best sound you'll get without spending a lot more. I'veowed various pairs of these over the years and always go looking for them again. the case is convient and easy to keep them untangled as well.
Cons: yes the cord is a little short, but it's worth it for the sound quality. the only other con is these are becoming hard to find as they are out of stock here and many other places as well.
Overall Review: If you find some of these and like them be sure to go back and buy a few more pair or you may end up spending a lot more the $10 the next time you ned earphones with good sound.
