Pros: Great Jumbo frames support, it simply works. no maintenance required, low power consumption, low heat, plenty of ports, works great with my network. i have a 4tb fileserver, xbox360, mythTV box, 2 gaming computers, and a home survalience box, and it works flawlessly.

Cons: none at all, i absolutly love it.

Overall Review: If you were to ever get into the gigabit networking scene, this is probably the best purchase you can get.
