Pros: Wow...this monitor is bright. That is the first thing you will immediately notice. I put my old monitor side by side next to it and this simply twice as bright as my Sharp LCD. Right out of the box, no problems, I plugged everything in, and everything worked like it should. I plugged my xbox into the HDMI port, and it worked, as well..no problems. Crisp clear picture, for both the xbox, as well as my PC. 0 Dead pixels! Speakers are decent for those that choose not to output their sound to an external speaker (not great, but acceptable) biggest pro: pretty freakin' cheap for a 24" HDMI LCD, and the quality is out of this world!

Cons: Only drawback I can possibly think of is that there is no vertical adjustment...but seriously, if its too short, put it on a freggin box.
