Pros: This case is beautiful and extremely spacious. It may be a little large for some, but it fits my needs perfectly.
Cons: None so far.
Pros: Haven't found any yet...
Cons: Lets start out with the fact that after my experience, I wouldn't recommend this board to anyone.
Out of all the ASUS motherboard products I have purchased this is the first one I have ever had that is complete garbage. Even performing basic operations causes the system to hard lock. I spent almost a month adjusting memory timings/voltages along with other BIOS settings, removing and replacing hardware, testing many other recommendations, and every BIOS revision available. No matter what I do the system continues to hard lock, while the recent changes I made cause it to take just a little longer to lock it still happens.
I have to note that I'm using the manufacture's recommended settings on all hardware, NO modifications were performed with the intent to overclock.
This board is rubbish and I have about given up with trying to make this system function. At this point I would be willing to just trade in for a 780i series and eat the cost...
Overall Review: The QVL list never seems to be updated and there is very little options for 2gb dual channel. Really really watch out with this board as it appears to be extremely picky on memory.
Now while my reputation for ASUS is at the least..."tarnished", I'm not writing them off as a company. There are still other products they manufacture that I will continue to recommend just not this particular product.
Pros: Purchased several to use in my Netgear ReadyNAS NV+ and they have been working great since. Nice transfer speeds and not overly loud.
Pros: Great performance boost and it doesn't run that hot at all.
Allowed me to play games that were almost impossible with my older card.
Cons: Only issue I have is its size, but I knew that when I made the purchase. Make sure your computer case will fit this beast.
Overall Review: Would definitely recommend this product.
