Horrible

Pros: None.
Cons: We bought 2 of these exact drives in October 2011. Both failed by December. Seagate replaced them with re-certified drives. It's now April and one of those are out. The way I figure it, Seagate cost our company well over a thousand dollars in man ours and equipment (replacing these horrible drives).
No response from customer service
My item arrived damaged. Requested a RMA. No response.
